Local One FM’s roots began in 1993 as a regional subcontractor based in New England. After years of providing interior finishes and building specialties to the general contracting industry, the renewed business model called for expansion down the East coast, then over to the West coast.  With our current regional support structure firmly in place, our nationwide capabilities range from daily reactive trade service requests, to whole office refreshes, renovations, and space conversions.

In redefining facility maintenance, Local One team members are recruited and trained to share in our four pillars.

  • Every request has a sense of urgency.
  • Treat each request, and quality of repair, as if it was for your own home.
  • Communicate with others as you would like to be communicated to.
  • Care.

While these may be considered the basic life cycle and fundamentals of facility maintenance, and should be the minimum expectation, many companies fall short in delivering this level of commitment on a consistent basis. At Local One, we are proud of the strong relationships we have built with our clients, site staffs, and vendor teams.
