Our quarterly handyman preventative maintenance programs are custom designed to our clients needs and requirements.  We review items such items as lighting, ACT, flooring, drywall and paint touch ups, and any site specific safety issues.

Local One FM has a dedicated network of landscape professionals who deliver superior weekly landscaping service. PMPs include weekly cuts with additional services available such as weed control, tree trimming, and ground cover.
